Prospective authors are encouraged to submit high-quality original research papers, either experimental or theoretical, for presentation at the conference. Submitted manuscripts must represent original work that has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
All papers must be prepared strictly according to the official Paper Template provided on the conference website. Manuscripts should be written in clear English and must have a minimum of Six (6) pages and a maximum of Twenty (20) pages, including figures, tables, and references.
The standard paper length is up to Six (6) pages. For papers exceeding six pages, an additional page charge will be applicable for each extra page. Authors are requested to visit the Registration Page for detailed information regarding the extra page charges.
All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process conducted by domain experts from the respective tracks and members of the Technical Program Committee to ensure quality and relevance to the conference themes.
Authors are required to submit their manuscripts through the Microsoft CMT submission system. Authors are kindly requested not to submit the same paper multiple times, as duplicate submissions may lead to rejection or cancellation of the paper.
Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. The conference team will be checking the plagiarism level of all the submitted papers for ensuring the originality of content using iThenticate with an acceptable limit of 10%.
Papers exceeding the 10% plagiarism threshold will be automatically rejected without review. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work before submission.
Note: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
